PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS

Our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal is automatically activated for any patient with an appointment scheduled and an email address on file. An email should have been sent with your temporary password to login. Your username will always be your email address. If you have not provided our office with an email address and wish to have access to your portal account, please call your provider’s office.
